I'm not sure exactly how much that would raise the value of the home, but it could be done with about 5-6k.

@Chris Oei - Well then, maybe this neighborhood investment opportunity could be spread among the SinCity, Las Vegas, and Henderson REI, REA, and REIclubs enough to attract a concerted and coordinated effort (to not artificially raise prices) resulting a sharing of the wealth and a more valuable neighborhood.  

Since I have a lot of interest, but no capital of my own, what strategies would you recommend I look at for raising get the funds?

I struggle with raising money-never liked asking for it.

What if the Market hits the Wall with the Fed raising the Interest Rate and the Buyers won't pay 5% Mortgages?

Meaning... cost (especially hidden costs) - time - and if you're raising rents, that the current tenants will leave for cheaper options? 

Should I raise the rent/ keep same?

I may be slightly overpriced, I just raised the rent, but that is a different, bigger discussion lol.

I was born and raised in the Volusia County so I'm pretty familiar with the different neighborhoods and places to avoid. 

So I can't rely on a raising rate to force the mortgage down.
