The other 3 charge around $700 a week for a nice room with 2 beds and access to a pool, weight room, and free breakfast.So I charge $400 for 2 bedroom places that are as nice as the $700 a week motel, but people can cook, do their laundry, have their wife visit, shoot a bow & arrow in the back yard, process a deer in the garage, work on their vehicle, etc.

Hi BP,I have a quick question about partnerships,I know there is a lot of info on here about LLCs and partnerships, but I always walk away a little unclear after reading. 

Then I have a guy that does the install for me he real reasonable and quick.  

Im not asking for a mentor, but maybe a quick tip on what to lookout for and what to consider from anyone with VA loan first time investor experience or knowledge.

-run those on any property you find in San Diego and you'll find out pretty quickly that you're going to be in the negative.

Since I do not have access to the MLS have been recording properties as they are sold in my farm in the Luzerne County.
