I understand the more equity in a property the less hard your money is working for you but I wouldn't go as far as to say it's no longer an asset since it is still making you money, but it is certainly a less profitable investment

Do they think they have multi offers, so they want to profit off the financing...? 

Hello BP community,I am currently pursuing a 8-unit multifamily property. 

I think we might be able to maximize the sellers profit while making a little money ourselves.

I have a property in New York that I'm putting on the market next week, which should net about $140k in profit after selling it, and I'm planning on rolling that into 2 new property purchases in North Carolina. 

Wholesalers are going to have to add their fee and that will suck most of the profit out of it.

If its a deal from a wholesaler, you could not do financing bc the wholesaler would not make their profit as the bank would not allow for it.
