yes you can sell the pink and blue and green fixtures on ebay or craigslist. there are people looking for the retro styles if they're in good shape. though i would say you might want to re-glaze the tub to save time and money, but sell the toilet. check out these sold listings of pink toilets on ebay.

HAVE a move out check list cost sheet in you policy packet that covers the cost to remove the nicotine,, 200 bucks a room to prep and seal.. and take photos of walls,, have washed so you can see what the issue is, if questioned later..8  NO smoking policy is best way to go..

It is in a great location, and listed for an unusually low price for this area,  and it didn't even look that bad in the online photos (for a foreclosure), so I figured it must have something unusually negative about it that wasn't readily apparent, like "black mold" or whatever.
