These deductions are filed on Schedule E of your tax return.Other Financing Options:Seller Financing: Negotiate with the seller of Property B to finance the purchase directly.Partnerships: Pool resources with a partner for additional capital.Private Lenders: Consider private lenders or hard money loans for more flexible terms, though often at higher rates.

I have a request from my lender Rocket Mortgage asking me to provide to them the Withdrawal term of 401k even though I didn’t use my 401k to down for my rental house.

We have an untapped line of credit already that we could use for the downstroke, we could potentially use this Exposure Limit LOC to buy and rehab, and could use my normal lender to refinance out, rinse, repeat.

The biggest thing would be to make sure that the lender would approve of the “seasoning period”, which is essentially the time after the purchase and after the repairs that the lender would like to wait before they would take the now, newer After Repair Value (ARV).
