are surely, certainly, working on something in the background that us common folk aren't enlightened to that will magically make a solution appear out of thin air and make all of our problems go away - is probably not a good idea. 

I have an opportunity to buy my Wife’s parents home in Wilmington NC, fully Furnished, and would be a turn key Air BnB.

There are some properties that rent for upwards of $1,400 in my area but all have extra features like central air.

@Steve Rozenberg I don't really see the information in your post that related to "How to Prevent Eviction". 

We know the house is not a registered historic landmark or in a historical district, but it is over 40 years old which means it is required to go through historical review to determine if there is any historic significance that may prevent demo. 

I've stored roller naps for over six months this way (work out any air, wrap a few more times and tape shut the ends) And they were still usable many months later. :)Good luck and have fun!

Over time the blower motors go up, the gas valve starts to stick, random safety mechanisms will break like a dirty thermocouple that needs to be cleaned.....proper servicing will prevent most from occurring.

It depends on a lot of factors (square footage, access to attic and/or crawlspace, location of air handler, electrical service capacity, etc).

I plan on doing one home at a time to prevent from over extending myself.

I'm looking into my next AIR BNB and need to pull data like average rent, rooms, amenities, and vacancy rate for each area, as well as AIR BNB regulatory info.
