I saw one for the MH Space recently and saw that it was a 7+2+2......when I inquired about it they were very, very much hinting that they STRONGLY prefer the investors be in for the entire 11 years.

It really comes down to your preferences- we have from C class areas with high cashflow but more potential trouble to A class LTRs with lower cashflow but low maintenance, and everything in between!

If I was to refinance, I would make sure your net monthly profit stays around (300 -500$, I prefer 400 to 500) but that’s my preference.
