I work many many hours, and I practically do not see children at all: I turn their cartoons on, and that’s all they do all day long.

I've spent a lot of time trying to find something online that will let me search for apartment buildings for sale and come up empty.

Mine has been unbelievably valuable -- He just simplifies everything and I'm able to "practice" and record / learn everythng we're doing and learn the ins and outs and "whys" of various parts fo the contracts, etc. with each situation.

I'm just looking to network online a little bit, I mean if mostly everybody is online looking for real estate and properties, why not be there and give them a helping hand right.

If the tenant buyer does not exercise the option, walk away, or re-sign a lease option and try again (if the owner is fine with it)This is all in theory, I have never put this into practice (I am only 19 and cant put property under contract in Mississippi until I am 21) and I don't know the reality of this idea, but it seems like it could work if you can get the right terms.

With all that, I could practically just go to a conventional lender, which I won't because I hate dealing with big lenders.

Where can i find info on land contracts availablein a metropolitan area,say Chicago and the upper midwest..Also how much of a downpayment is standard practice.

Anyone know if L.A. county provide public records online?
