Have you checked out any articles on the BRRRR strategy?

I assume valuing a property will be slightly different if you plan to occupy one of the units, so if anyone had a link to any articles/videos on this topic it would be greatly appreciated.Thanks!

As a brand new investor, does anyone have advice for me on what books, articles, etc to look into on how to manage my first property properly?

The best advice I ever got was to keep them involved in your learning process from BP articles, wrecommended books,  and some of YouTube.

So fast forward to the past year, I finally found a decent job working field sales for a popular energy and solar panel company which i am proud to be a part of, but at the end of the day it's still a job title where I have supervision, have little to no freedom, and little reward.

The area is on the busline near a university and the listing says is popular with grad students.
