I like to consider my self a sophisticated consumer of credit, but the only card I am aware of that offers a 0% promotional rate with no balance transfer fee (and only as a sign up promotion in the first 60 days) is the chase slate card, a consumer card.In 2004-2006, there were many others, but I am not aware of any others today.If there are any others out there, it would be good to know.

I get to chase the houses and find the deals like I could in VA which I've found rewarding and enjoyable.For those interested, I'm also a car and motorcycle enthusiast and try to tinker on and ride/drive my toys whenever possible.

Some good people in the area on BP but you'll have to hit the streets to really network probably like anywhere, as most of the real players don't go to club meetings or visit guru seminars they just buy and sell houses like they've done for years.
