Properties with older loans could have been paid off and the reconveyance was not recorded or the mortgage has been paid down over time, also the value is incorrect in the software/platform you are generating the data out of.

They even run separate finance companies to finance the homes being sold in a community in order to solve the consumer finance problem for the community owners whose property they are managing.Over the years I have seen horrible messes created by property management companies, and I have seen other property management companies that were excellent and some that accomplished astonishing turnarounds.Like everything else, it depends on who is running the company and their levels of expertise and experience.
