Has anyone ready any good articles lately and or have any personal anecdotes or hypothesis based on personal experience?

I have been doing some research as I am new to REI and have come across many articles and recommendations about purchasing tax liens, deeds, etc..is this a good way to get started in REI?

Yes, I've done my homework, I listen to podcasts, read articles and books such as Flip, Rich Dad Poor Dad, and How to Buy Real Estate with Little or No Money Down.
