I imagine that when details are not shared, operators may feel it's tedious or unnecessary to share with investors or they're not confident with what is going on?

I feel like for new purchases they are typically generous and try to make sure people can purchase the property they want to.

These passive sydications should generate passive losses for most people, those exceptions being folks who qualify for REPS AND are properly participating in and electing the rental activity 

The back house have 2 supposed tenants but with a lot of people coming and going to that house.
