As a individual Retirement account, the purpose of the tax sheltered environment is to grow your funds for retirement, so this is not beneficial to you NOW, but will be beneficial when you wish to retire. 

I understand why but think it's an awful strategy for creating a friendly business environment.

My main reason for posting this on BP, is to just merely say thank you to all of you on this platform that create a very rare environment that allows us to communicate without much drama, or scares, but a professional, friendly environment that has given me friendships, partners, and a good No BS place to interact with other awesome human beings.

It is also a top ranked podcast and radio show..there is a set program (Financial Peace University) and groups around the country doing this together.An added bonus, Dave loves real estate (but he likes it paid for and you can find some BP discussions on different views on that topic). 

What environment assessment will bank do?   

The metro maintains a relatively affordable living environment, with rents in August resting at $1,181—$295 more since January 2012.

They are receiving roughly 8-10% guaranteed on their money, not bad for this low interest environment that we are currently in.

Rents fall, vacancy rises, cash in the bank becomes very much a prized asset to hold on to and In that environment it becomes a game of calling the bottom and picking up the property at the right price and actually having the confidence to do so.

I tried settling peacefully, but they’re not open to even a discussion about the issue.
