By the way I have taken paid training courses from numerous note investing educators.

I'm  wondering if i should begin to look in other cheaper markets to get my feet wet.  

Looking to learn more about single family rentals for now, get my feet wet with a place for myself.

I'm new to real estate investing but I'm eager to get my feet wet.

There are a lot of opportunities on this website to meet investors, network, mentors, and numerous learning resources.

I'm getting it from my best friend, who is a contractor and has flipped and rehabbed numerous flooded homes.

Looking for qualified General Contractors in the Charlotte area that have done numerous flip renovations before and be willing to show reference list as well on previous projects. 

I'm hoping to get my feet wet in real estate through house hacking or live & flip in an effort to stop throwing away money on rent, but am definitely starting from ground zero in terms of locating and financing deals. 

I'm from Central New Jersey (732) and will finally be getting my feet wet into real estate. 

However, after analyzing numerous deals I have not been able to find any deals that cash flow positive.
