She recently lost a newborn baby and everything has been downhill since She has stopped communicating with me for over three weeks now, has missed her last rent payment, has let the house go completely to hell, and I just got a letter from the magistrate that I have a court hearing over the amount of trash in the backyard.I posted a 30 day notice on her door being that she is month to month.

In that same conversation with the resident, I would let them know that if they do not feel comfortable that I would let them out of the lease with stipulations such as X days notice or small termination fee depending on what you feel comfortable with.

There's an actual real estate college degree; and within the MBA program there's a real estate concentration.Subjects that could certainly fuel an investor's rise to empire besides just accounting and business could be architecture (evaluating structures), psychology (negotiation), economics (noticing trends in a market), statistics (various areas of investing), and there are probably more that aren't popping into my head at the moment.

In general, depending on the form, a title policy does not cover a loss resulting from an unpaid utility bill unless a notice of it is recorded in the public records.
