In fact, I come from a middle-class family that does NOT have money to spare for investing projects.

I can't say upper end, because I rent to middle & lower middle class, but my places go like hotcakes compared to the competition.

It was not hard to surmise that late night or early morning trash can prowling had led to this.

Update on this post...I officially pulled out of the deal this morning after the HOA (even after allowing them an additional week to produce more records) failed to provide the full condo Declaration & Bylaws (just a couple of Amendments).

I live in suburbia myself, so maybe I underestimate the allure of being in the middle of it all.
