If anyone stays in past closing you hold a LARGE amount of money in escrow and charge 2x market rent.

Is there a better way to ensure the money can be used as part of the buyers down payment?

So, why would it be money out of your pocket for cleaning?

The money is just as good as technical fields and you can actually do / build / contribute something to the world.
