Of course, this only gets you some operators/developers and working for larger companies you tend to be pigeon holed into a very specific role, often with very efficient systems and processes. 

Any thoughts on leveraging the BRRR system?

We have a system made up of a huge complex set of rules and regulations.

But I'm using my time productively to learn and work on systems. 

Oil systems can be supplied by any vendor at any time, however LP gas is almost exclusively filled into vendor supplied tanks.

Each deal will be better and better as mistakes are made and systems are built. 

But the seller has a lot of great stuff in place-- he's only doing subject-tos to help with Baltimore shoddy appraisal system, etc.

I've quickly realized I need a better system. 

But the inherited tenants and the folks that move in in the summer time throw a wrench in the 4/30 system. 

Agents are spending a LOT of time at home bored trying to find ways to keep the ball rolling and/or refining systems.
