Boom baby.

The planet just came out of a mini-ice age in the mid to late 1800's.

About 15 hours/week in Real Estate, and about 153 hours/week raising a baby and trying to keep the wife and puppy happy

I thought I had my Why figured out, that was until I held that baby for the first time.

Ice ice baby..... his homes look amazing but you cannot create value in a single family home like he is trying too.

. $126.00 for a very flimsy walker, it had toys for wheels, I've seen better on baby strolers!

I just heard that Rick Harrison (owner of the Pawn Shop in Las Vegas and the "Pawn Stars" cable show) is building a "container-style" mini mall on one of his Las Vegas lots. 

This isn't a post about a specific success, more like the mini-successes we've had so far on our road to our big success.As today comes to a close, so will my 20s, and with that, my sense of youth.

Personally, I’m worried, but baby, I’ve been worried since the 70s.
