If you're willing to house hack your next property and do not mind moving around, I would think you will be able to purchase another one in much less than 5-7 years.

I'm not accusing you of doing this but just keep that in mind.

If you dont mind the drive, Elberton, GA is probably one of the best places to buy granite in the southeast.

You also have to keep in mind that in our current state, building is very expensive and has turned off a lot of developers.
