In TX there is a licensing website which indicates which trades must be licensed.If Nebraska indicates general contractors must be licensed, then you must have a license.I would call your local permit office for clarification.

Hey @Jeff Hogan, you can try the following to find FSBO leads:- expired and withdrawn MLS listings (they may have gotten discouraged or not wanted to pay the broker fee)- FSBO websites- craigslist- zillow "make me move" properties

Hi Lakeem, I think gaining credibility is a tough game for anyone at any age, but here is my advice based on trying to gain credibility to raise funds for myself1. have a nice, clean professional website and a email address that goes to your domain name and not some gmail address, put up past project on the site so people will know you've done projects1b.
