Also he has hepatitis last year some medication put him not able to work but he is recovered now and back to work again. ( there was late payment show on last few month of 2017 because of that particular medical condition.What do you guys think of that matter?

We're just finishing our medical marathon, and planning a move to Atlanta to begin our real estate investment--hacking/flipping work. 

I manage a short term rental in Arizona owned by a family member and I've received several requests from nurses and medical staff from the local hospital for stays of weeks or months.

However I am seeing and hearing more and more interest in real estate investing from well paid professionals in tech, medical, etc.  

My brother and my mom wanted to stage an intervention to keep me from getting overextended.

It's near medical facilities and public transit.

However, because it cost so much to go to optometry school (any medical school for that matter) I still find myself with a 6 figure student loan note, even after practicing for 15+ years!

No one wants someone they love to die in a hospital if medical care won't help.  

Archive the forms forever in case someone wants to place a claim against you years later because they are suffering a medical condition and think your property caused it.

Now people with multifamily can say you rehab units, increases rents, etc. but that is all theoretical upside money that may never become a reality.On a comparison basis medical office might have some value add upside.
