Use the same arguments when the DEA Agent arrests you along with your client because your client had drugs in the trunk, totally irrelevant. As to defining contracts or law, it is the spirit and intent that prevails and what a reasonable perrson is expected to do or not do.What I was pointing out above are basic tests to determine fraud. For fraud to exist, there has to be an intentional act, the failure to disclose information or an ommission, or providing false information. There also must exist the possibility of financial gain or benefit from that ommission or information given.Additionally, lying or misleading a bank officer to gain any benefit is another violation of federal law.

It says right in the lease that the landlord will repair items rather than replace them.Just because a stove takes awhile to heat up doesn't mean it doesn't work and you can demand a new one.We also explained that many items they sent us on a list were COSMETIC ITEMS and that the tenant accepted at the time of move in.Only mechanical issues needing repairs and other structure items would be fixed. The other items they were informed would be fixed on their dime. After a couple weeks they stopped asking and still live there.

It is explained to the membership that dues do not cover annual expenses, and that commission on the sales generated are necessary to keep the organization in the black.Balancing to zero would not keep enough cash in the bank account to pay for web hosting, membership administration and equipment failure, and in my view would be irresponsible.I was also a co-founder of Boston Area REIA, (a for-profit) although I sold out my interest to my partner a few years ago.Below are some of my likes:Structured networking events, where you get to meet more new people than you could simply by talking to a few people.
