I know Cardone is an absolutely massive syndicator but I am want to understand how to continue to compensate the team and have them grow with us.  

Side note, beachfront homes (not sure how it impacts condos) often have massive insurance premiums:  floods, hurricanes, and *wind* damage insurance can be a killer.   

I think theses are questions are massive.

Hi Fellow BP Fans,My fellow agents and I have seen a massive slowdown in the market here in Utah.  

The problem with yelp and Angie's list is that these contractors will charge massive amounts of money and really limit your ability to flip properly or get the right returns after the renovation.

Hoping can someone connect me with contractors, electricians, maybe architect personnel that i can also run my ideas by and see if it seems fit before I even propose this massive idea to my parents.

I completely agree with @Hamp Lee III getting my license was a massive help, and quite frankly I have no idea how some many investors get by without it. 

I don't think those areas will see massive appreciation but do have good upside going forward as they've already start gaining pretty good traction as a result of the top tier neighborhoods closer to the city on the North and South getting expensive at this point. 

If  I bought outright or bought into a practice, pay a % of profit over time rather than another massive loan.
