Is he even licensed or registered to sell investments ?  

Always do the analysis numbers and try to look at the property before you make an offer or at least have a clause in the sales contract that will allow you a little time to insect the property and possibly back out of the deal without a penalty that is greater then your earnest money.I got a broker's license and renewed it for about 30 years.

I was a realtor for 2 years and at the time wasn't sure what I wanted to do so I didn't renew my license (that was 2014).

I am a licensed managing broker and primarily work with investors(foreign and domestic).

Just make sure to get additional references and check licenses etc. before you hire anybody.

Besides what is required by law to be done by a  licensed professional.

IE to qualify and create income to save for reserve fundif you don't like your job and want to get into RE then get into it.get a license decide what type you want to do and go do it

Hi there,I'd like to hear from any agents who currently have their license as a real estate agent and also wholesale, especially if you're in the Philadelphia area or Pennsylvania.  

I've always let me realtor deal with this aspect, but I'm now getting my license to sell my flips.
