Has anyone used bathtub liners to repair leaking and worn bathtub and surround.

My excitement is blown out the roof, lately ive been coming across deals left to right, trying to find my niche in creative financing..

Seller expressly warrants that property, improvements, building or structures, the appliances, roof, plumbing, heating and/or ventilation systems are in good and working order.

I understand an AC or a roof has a life span and they will eventually need to be replaced but lets assume after 15 years of holding the property, nothing broke or wore out.What are peoples experiences with this?

Our tenants notified us and we went by to take a look---they were concerned about the smoky smell inside their home (our rental property) and maybe that the roof might have been damaged.

I have not done any wholesaling or flips, but have replaced a roof and am finishing the complete rehab of the exterior on one of the properties as we speak.  

Delinquent taxes are at least $54KMy (conservative) ARV estimate is about $77KI haven't set the appointment yet, but the seller says it needs a new roof and some float and tape work in the dining room area.I feel like these numbers are cutting it too close, to call this a deal.Any advice would be appreciated.Thanks,Keleigh

New roof, siding, paint, brand new carpets, kitchen appliances, bathroom finishes, and more.

The cost was only 3k a roof.
