Renovating the house- Upgrading kitchen(s), upgrade half bath to full in top duplex making the whole building a 6br 3ba, upgrade appliances, improve landscaping- run electrical to the garage and rent that out as a premium

Would love any recommendations of great contractors we could use for painting/carpet/carpentry/kitchen/bathroom work! 

I am looking for handyman to work on - minor electrical/plumbing/bath and kitchen remodel/painting/ installations work.

If you do that, run some more water down the drain with it - it won't really hurt the pipes, but diluting it helps the creek and the river not be so foamy.I haven't had to deal with smoke, but I did need to clean some pretty greasy/oily walls in a kitchen before painting, and the TSP seemed to do a good job.

HVAC, flooring, kitchen and bath all needs put it.

We renovated the kitchen, both bathrooms, created a master suite, new roof, new gutters, new landscaping, and did some minor cosmetic updates to the whole house (paint & trim) What was the outcome?

As @Robert Matelski mentioned, it would benefit you to confirm you have watersense toilets and low flow fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom. 

Don't start with the kitchen or the bathroom.
