Would you, my amazing Bigger Pockets community, deem HVAC to be an option worth exploring vs. the boiler / ceiling fan & insulation combo IF THE BOILER NEEDS REPLACEMENT?

Contact the utility providers (likely Greater Cincinnati Water Works and Duke Energy) and ask for the billing history kid the property.

I talked to him yesterday, and he said he should have the money by Friday or Saturday, and asked if they could stay until his kids are out of school at the end of May.

My girlfriend and our two kids are renting a 2 bedroom condo and are interested in buying a SFR.
