They probably just aren't reporting, and you won't find out until they move out.I encourage tenants to report issues, I'd rather deal with a small issue than a big issue, and small stuff adds up consistently... imagine if there's a leak, wouldn't you rather pay a plumber $100, than deal with mold, and replacing floors/subfloors $1,000+?
