A $20 app fee causes those who either live paycheck to paycheck or ones who wouldn't qualify to not even apply.

Does anyone have any recommendations for the best app to use for this purpose?

I used a cool app called Calligraphr (www.calligraphr.com) to design a font that truly is my handwriting.

I know there are apps such as "oovoo" that allow multiple people to bridge together.

It needs Internet to work, so you order Internet and use the Software on your computer and phone app.

Do they really close out apps that quickly?

Im a former HVAC tech and will deal with most of the maintenance issues myself, i just want to have some phone numbers available in case something happens while im traveling or cant get up there for some reason.BTW, the thumbtack app is pretty useful for finding contractors and seeing how past customers feel about them.

It's an app where you can find people to do various tasks , run errands but there are also handymen ,plumbers ,etc on there. 

A good place to start is by purchasing a property evaluator app and start analyzing available properties to develop criteria.
