Hello all, I am reading on the real estate investing process and i plan to buy my first property with an FHA loan, however, as i am no one with any experience on rehabbing i have this concern of pricing.So when i find a property and get to the inspection part, i understand they find issues with the house, some which can be minor and others major.

Just understand that PMC will probably start eviction process, so you will NEED an attorney to protect yourself from an eviction on your record.

When looking at debt funds it is critical to understand the capital stackMost debt funds invest in secured assets but the key question is “what am I considered”Many debt funds will sell 1. unsecured bonds, 2. limited right obligations 3.

The things I would suggest is to understand your goals and pick a mentor who understands and has achieved similar who can guide you.

Before I became an agent, I didn't totally understand the split structure. 

They can help you understand your rights and figure out the best course of action.2.

When people are asking these basic question I read it and understand it's not a knowledge based question, it's an emotional one framed as a knowledge question.

I am exploring both short and long term investment as an out of states investor and trying to understand between Cleveland and Columbus OH.I have been learning these two markets are appreciating and have a good cashflow.As I am new to these two markets, I would like to learn which markets are providing a reasonable cashflow while up potential of appreciation for next few years.between these two markets, which ones are suggested?
