@F Foster A TC or transaction coordinator is someone who assists the agent and broker in the processing of the real estate file.

Ideally, you want to find a comfortable place to interact and network with other like-minded people. 

I do find occasionally some brokers that enjoy property management on the commercial side and like the minutia and interacting with the tenants.

But the other half attributable to the investment unit is.I'm sure @Dave Foster can help with the original question...and since @Jon Schwartz is in LA I'm guessing his numbers may be small rounded values and just for discussion...but the actual values are probably 3X-4X what he posted.

I have been in touch with several property managers and I had a great interaction with one this morning which alleviated some of my fears.
