Hi Chelsea,The strategy of transferring the property into an LLC is for cases where you use a conventional loan.If you opt for a DSCR financing, you can buy the property with LLC vesting easily.

Also, look to see if you can get insurance for less and cancel for your existing one, they will refund you.
