Are you not willing to have a face to face sir down with this tenant, review the inspection report, explain to him the issue you have on him ordering an inspection of your home without your consent, despite his intentions, and try to see if there is a way to clear the air and manage his expectations?

David, Nothing in this country is free, not even the air you breath much less the water, one way or another, you'll pay for everything that touches your life, and when that ends, your estate will pay some more!

Perhaps we will start seeing even more as the weather gets colder and people are spending more time indoors. :-) I recently discovered BP myself and I still cannot believe the wealth of knowledge available.

How long they can provide service,,indoor storage services and security. 

Hi AllMy Central Boiler in my 8 unit building died March 2014I had a central boiler and converted all the units to individual forced air units in each apartment (they now control their own heat and pay their own gas bill)How do I deduct this $30000 ($3750 each unit) purchase this year.Or How do I deduct the majority of the purchase this year.   

Also, all of the other neighbors on the block have a 4-5 car indoor garage (separate units like a storage unit) that is tucked away on the back of the yard in front of the alley.  

When I coated the concrete I had a problem with small pits causing air bubbles.  

That place is loaded with investors who rent out to God's most perfect creatures, ie the local Marines from Parris Island and the Air Station.  

The structure is 2000 SF (air conditioned) and my high electric bills are just over $100.
