They also have a paid skip-tracing feature that costs .25 cents or so per lead they match a phone number to.

I have a very unstructured team @Brandon Carlson in that each agent maintains their own identity and control over their own business. 

If this guy is a scammer, I worry that the "approval application" you filled out might have asked you for sensitive personal info (SSN, DOB, etc.) that could be used to commit identity theft or credit card fraud.

With upgraded features, Land and Shop buildings, The value of this house really went up!
