Just a heads up you cannot create a loss (with the Truck purchase as a 179 deduction) in the S-Corp.BUT it can eliminate all profit(s) then the balance of the truck needs to be depreciated.

Calls made or received can be obtained with the date and approximate time and the phone number used, not having the recording is a violation, fines and head roll.So you don't want to get too ticked off in recorded calls, it just weakens your case. :)
