Most of what these big box companies tell you are half truths. 4) Focus on relationships over sales production and you'll actually build a career and not buy yourself a 9-5 expense monster. 5) Keep your overhead low.

the my way or the highway .. its a business blah blah blah that we see posted on BP works in certain segments of the rental market but for D class  your wearing many hats and have to have a desire to go the extra mile etc.

I made a test payment on the GA DOL website to see if I can get a linked receipt, but the email receipt is just a generic email- it doesn’t tie the payment to my llc or lien number.A side vent: I’m refinancing with Finance of America, with whom I’ve closed over half a dozen refis in four years without much trouble.

is that happening in your city.Indianapolis is a perfect example the fountain square area and Bates Hendrix 1 mile from the down town was old and run down.. now the two chicks with a hammer TV show helped no doubt.. but its a neighborhood you can buy a fixer for under 100k still and or buy a new home for 350 to 500k.. its slowing turning over without having to create any new lots.
