The main issue is that lenders have to provide borrows with a Closing Disclosure (CD) three days before closing so the borrower has time to review it, so you may have to watch your closing dates a little closer than you have been.Cash transactions and Hard Money Loans won't be affected.

Also, we had letters from our HOA stating that this was our 3rd and final notice before they took us to court because our satellite dish was too far forward and grass was too long...apparently they didn't care that we had just moved in when we received the final notice.

Those that are buying older homes inside of 410 (closer to the urban core the better), will buy at lower prices (except for super hot areas Tobin Hill, Lavaca, Dignowity Hill, Beacon Hill, Alta Vista, etc), will see appreciation over the next few years, will have high demand, low vacancy rates, and be taking advantage of all the growth/development going on in and around downtown.

You might add the "shoe leather" avenues:- going to the county superior court and collecting:- divorces- evictions, get the landlord contact (plaintif)- delinquent real estate taxesDoor knocking FSBO signs, calling FSBOs in craigslist, using peoplesmart.com searches on owners of tall grass houses...
