I am not a conspiracy theorist, but I do think the government does not want real personal finance to be taught in schools because they essentially can put a 18 year old into massive debt sometimes student loan debt that they might be unable to ever payoff given their career/school selections. 

I really try to limit how much and where i get my information from but I keep hearing government officials encouraging tenants to not worry about rent,  paying utilities, and halting evictions. 

If fossil fuels were not subsidised to the tune of at least $1.3tn/yr in the USA, the country would be running on renewables tomorrow.All solar systems - at least the ones installed by reputable solar companies with permits HAVE to comply with Fire Marshall regulations for access.

The eviction process in NY is heavily regulated and there's not much a lease can do about that.

In the area I'm familiar with, tax liens are only sold by the government once a year at auction.
