Hey everyone,Ive been interested in real estate for several months now, and im trying to make my first wholesale deal now.I saw this community and thought it'd be a great place to learn some valuble info.I'm currently a sophomore in highschool, and I live in Kansas City,Missouri.The market here is terrible, so its hard to break into the game right now, but im determined.I look forward to learning some good advice from you guys.

There are so many times that I have gone out to BPO for a lender and the cars parked in the driveway are worth more than the houses themselves.Also, we have had problems with the auto industry of course.

I mostly joined this forum because I've been monitoring the BP Blog and I found the information there to be very interesting and potentially beneficial (to me).I've been learning as much as I can about the RE industry because I believe that knowledge is power, not to mention I like to look well informed in front of my clients!

I am in the game.

Unfortunately, I’ve been caught up in the restaurant industry since I was 15 years old.

Tourism here is in it's infancy and has been growing steadily since the cruise ship industry arrived here.

For the most part I enjoy watching the antics and theatrics, but I don't know that they really do much to promote the industry.

The whole thing felt like a game of poker the only difference being you can't bluff the 10% down.

I am not doing this because I want to be an agent I am simply doing it to learn more about the industry and hey..who knows...maybe license will come into play later on down the road.

Pool is such a great game.
