After going through multiple post on this topic, If I summarize, some people are saying that it is necessary to have it under LLC and some don’t.

One thing to note: be sure you are watermarking any photos you post online with either your name, company name, phone number, something.  

Can anyone from upstate New York post a wholesaler contract that meets all NY legal requirements and protects the wholesaler as well please ?

I have been posting here and there on the forums for a while now but I have recently hit a wall in my real estate journey and I think my best course of action would be to start to network with more people in my market to overcome some of the hurdles I am facing that they have faced at some point.
