Furnishing would be done by myself at the beginning of the lease.After meeting with an owner, and explaining the opportunity along with my professional background and providing references, the owner could trust their property would be treated as I would treat one of my own properties, which is with the utmost respect. 

Hi Cindy,Each month there's a meeting, usually somewhere in the mid-cities area, on the last Wednesday of the month.  

Today I attended my very first meet-up ever and it was on note buying.

Maybe thats the move and then you can wholesale whatever you want.Are you a people person that just loves breakfast, lunch  and dinner meetings and is a 'connector' you can bring people together and get a piece of the action if done correctly by all parties.

Both Rarebird and Northwest REIA hold monthly meetings and are a great place to network.

If anyone in the area would like to meet (I'm planning on making it to the Lake Forest meetup if it works with my schedule) and knock heads I would love it!

They have one main meeting and three subgroup meetings each month. 

I normally have them sign the Information About Brokerage Services if we meet up and ALWAYS have them sign the IABS and a non representation agreement if we agree on a price and I get the house under contract.
