Are they seeing a pickup in activity?  

So to start, I am somewhat new to real estate investing as I have yet to close my first deal, but have been an avid consumer of all real estate investing knowledge for over a decade, and have recently decided what better time than now to really get actively involved in investing in real estate.

They work great for singles wanting their own space or couples wanting to save money or who are just starting out.To me your price seems on a bit on the high side but I'm not super active in the DTC market so if you are sure about the price then you should stick by your number.

(National Association of Residential Property Managers) these ppl will be active property managers not sales agents and have knowledge of the laws and regulations in your area.

Many receive the service animal prior to leaving active service, provided free by a variety of recognized service animal companies.
