I find evicting someone that can not pay rent due to the Wuhan virus (I prefer to call it by its source over how it looks) to be immoral.We screen very well.

Whether you find a good source to use for your own deals, or you are getting paid by investors to bring the money to their deals.

While small, local credit unions/ banks seem more flexible in a lot of aspects, they're also the ones that don't usually have much experience with foreigners (especially where we are investing, in Eastern Oregon).

I have known for years real estate was a good source of income and just haven't had the means to jump into it until recently.

There are Foreign Investor loans out there... sometimes they need a larger down, but this would be more of a question for a Mortgage Broker.

Some of us are new to REI and some of been in it for decades so obviously reserves, knowledge and preparation are key but a tenant having just one income and you having just one source of income I guess ultimately falls on the both of you.
