Who knows how long moratorium will stay impacted.

By reinvesting in it, we’re forcing equity and increasing our nightly rate at the same time.

The property was most recently purchased for $375k in 2016, so there should be some impact there. 

This has always gone over well and never have we been forced to give a tenant access.

For this thread, please do NOT discuss who you think will win, why, or claim to have a crystal ball telling you what impact the election will have on rates, the day after the presidential victor is announced.

I can see the lenders side they want to make sure these things are done instead of chasing after borrowers who don't pay and then they have to put force placed insurance on the property etc..  

First, to find out if you really have a drug dealer, find out how the "drug dealing" is impacting the other tenants.

It's definitely not the kind of place you could force massive amounts of appreciation into, but it fits such a textbook case of househacking that I wanted to talk about it.
