A trip to the Bahamas once in my life sounds nice too!

Had an instance on a vacation home where the circuit breaker tripped and the fridge smelled really bad  when we finally had someone go look at the home. 

Sometimes a few days, one time I took an oversea trip to London and he was 18 days past due before I sent him a reminder. 

We have taken two scouting trips and have connected with a great Realtor who has been very helpful.

I was recommended that the Northeast was going to be nicer overall but I still need to make a trip there to check it out.

I lived there for 5 years while attending college (graduated in early 2017) and I currently make a trip down there about once a quarter to visit old friends (I live in south GA so it's about a 6 hour drive for me).

Thanks @Brian Levredge, I was interested in Chattanooga some time ago and made a trip last year to explore and check out the neighborhoods and seems like you are reflecting a lot of similar sentiment to numerous other people I was able to speak with.

About an hour plus from me, but may be worth a trip to see in person.Do any of these have self closing drawers J?

The thing that's tripping me up with it is that it doesn't NEED the repair right now, and may never need it in the future, but there's a higher risk of it happening for sure.

I advise people starting out to pick a market where you can get there easily - you need to visit yourself to get familiar with the areas, the kinds of deals available, and arrange trips where you can attend REIA meetings where you can meet people on the ground.
