Land is what I know but I'm growing.

(dallas and austin are two of the fastest growing metroplexes and will both be accessible within 1:15 minutes)2.

The bad news is that no one is going to make that same killing again any time soon, and some folks are just going to be sitting on the fence growing old waiting for it.I'm also going to point out that nearly everyone who purchased at the "worst" time to purchase, in 2007, in the Bay Area, is 9 years later sitting on a crap ton of real estate equity/wealth.

If I have to pay the capital gains I will, Not a big deal, just growing pains..

I myself am a contractor and have been investing  Omaha Nebraska the market is great and the city is growing and property cost is affordable with good profit I moved hear from Chicago.

From your experience, is it possible for mold to grow inside the walls and affect people inside the home, due to a roof leak about 5 months ago, that was fixed pretty quickly after it was reported?
