Hi Andrew,I have an other sight as Dale.My own calculation:3x$520 + 4x$720 (I used average rents) = $4.440 monthly = $53.280 gross incomenow I calculate with 55% expenses yearly (include 10% vacancy) = $29.304= $23.976 NOI yearly or $1.998 monthlyif you pay now $1.050 for the loan each month you will receive income of $948 each monthThis calculation is bearish but be easily conceivable.Thats a very good investment in my mind, location Texas?

Usually, the best bet to do that is to remove the toilet and run from there, unless you have adequate clean-out access plugs available.If your problems are on the lowermost floor, you could easily have issues with your main out to the street or septic tank.

They can easily tell how old some of the wiring, hvac, plumbing stuff is and can do the math from there.
