Have you noticed stricter lending rules for cash-out refinances this year?

I'm just starting out and thinking of investing in the central valley as I travel there often (primarily Fresno/Bakersfield).

Why back out of a deal because of problems that have already been addressed?!?

Each lender has different ownership seasoning requirements, so if you have owned it less than 3 months, your choices are limited for cash-out refinances.

It's easy to go with conventional as most are versed in that product yet there are so many other options out there.

These were all sourced pre-CV19, so eat the fish and spit out the bones. 

I have comps pulled, and my next step is to get a contractor/estimator out here to give me a better idea of rehab costs.
